Really nice chicken. Pizzas are really nice. Staff are always uniformed. Compared to when it was Sopranos Pizza this place is excellent
The Capricciosa, instead of boiled eggs as per description, appeared to just had an egg cracked onto it prior to baking. The pieces of artichoke were so thin that they may as well have not been there. The Veneto was a similar story with the almost non existent 'prawns'. Both were overwhelmingly salty. Even the dough at the edges was distinctly over-salted. In that respect, I suppose the aforementioned seafood Veneto was a success by it tasting just like the Mediterranean Sea. And they were 15 minutes late. Oregano Leaf offers a promising menu that unfortunately underdelivers on so many levels.
Absolutely disgusting.. received a box of chicken that was raw. Whoever answered the phone decided to have a 10 minute argument with my other half (who is a chef) about how it wasn't, finally he agreed to send more chicken rather than give us a refund. After 40 minutes of not receiving the chicken I called to chase up.. not even an apology..The chicken then took an hour to get here.. They were probably hoping that we had just forgotten or couldn't be bothered with receiving what we bad paid for...Obviously get alot of complaints when they're willing to argue whether the customer is right or wrong.The caller even admitted they don't temperature probe their food.. just don't go here.. food poisoning waiting to happen!
Food is always amazing but the wait isn't on! We made a telephone order and was told 40 minutes. We waited 40 minutes before leaving the house then waited a further hour in the shop!
Ordered via food hub was given 45minute window for delivery 6mins to go receive phone call saying "you order pizza? We don't deliver to you" hangs up. I checked again on my post code on their own website and it accepted it. Rubbish service, rubbish customer service half glad it never arrived as the food must be even worse.
