Lovely staff, good food
Live and work locally and have ordered pizzas from Dominos fairly frequently since they opened up in Southborough earlier this year. Staff are always friendly and professional. Food is consistently good and always delivered in good time. Happy to recommend!
Completely awful in comparison to the Tunbridge Wells branch. They take longer, the food is not adequately cooked (the chicken strippers look anemic), forget parts of the order and even deliver pizza with slices completely squashed together. An absolute joke. It's just such a shame you can't get delivery from the Tunbridge Wells branch while this place is the forced option on the website.
What a complete failure this shop is !Ordered a pizza waited over a hour, called the shop and was told the driver couldnt find us ! I asked why they hadnt called and was told the driver tried calling, I had no missed calls neither did I have any voice mails.I was reassured my pizza would be another 10mins, I patiently waited a further 20mins still no pizza or call !I called the shop back asked where my food was and was told it was back at the shop as the driver had given up and decided to carry out other deliverys I explained that I can find the address on google maps within 20seconds which was ignored, clearly the shop couldnt careless and couldnt even apologise.I asked for a refund and was told I have to wait 7 working days for head office to authorise it Completely unacceptable, next time I will reconsider where I order from.
