Poor booking experience. Dont allow dogs in the restaurant area and informed us 40 mins prior to our arrival which left us without a dinner reservation for the evening.Update following response - Shannon, your team called us too late in the day and offered us a low coffee table in the bar area which wouldnt work for us. Great that they have a vegan menu and interior is very nice, but the service is slow. Two courses for two people has taken 3 hours. And been waiting 45 minutes for desert to come out. Had to go to the bar to chase up, only to be told they haven't got it! They were happy to take the drinks off the menu to compensate when I asked tho which was appreciated. Recommended if your not in a rush
Great food and atmosphere. The function room is great for parties. It gets more and more expensive each year for food and drinks.Edit: Saturday afternoon; disabled toilet was disgusting, upstairs; one toilet had paper but no seat, the other had seat and no paper. Youll all be glad to know I picked paper...
